Choosing the right energy healer is a deeply personal decision - for both the client and the practitioner. That’s why we offer a no-obligation Discovery Session.

This is not a healing session, but a safe space for us to connect, discuss your healing goals, and explore how Reiki can support your well-being. It allows you to:

• Learn more about Reiki and my approach

• Share what you're currently navigating - physical, emotional, or spiritual

• Ask questions openly

• Get a sense of my energy and style

• Ensure you're comfortable before beginning any healing work

And just as importantly, it gives me the chance to understand your expectations and make sure I can serve you genuinely and ethically. Not every healer-client relationship is the right fit - and that’s okay.

Together, we’ll explore whether Reiki is right for you, and if so, how we can structure sessions in a way that works for both your energy and your circumstances. Sliding scale options may be discussed when needed.
